Wooden Storm Window/Screen Replication

Custom made storm windows and screens which can be made with a variety of styles, woods, finishes & Installation options. We offer Pine, Cyprus, Walnut, etc. 

New build wood

HHR uses quality rot resistant wood to build your window to its maximum efficiency and structural strength. Such as:

  • Old growth Pine
  • Old Growth Cyprus
  • Old growth douglas fir

Traditional Styles

When crafting wooden storms, we adhere to time-honored techniques, employing mortise and tenon pegged joints to ensure the utmost durability and structural integrity. Each piece is meticulously assembled, echoing the craftsmanship of bygone eras. To further enhance the traditional charm, we use traditional putty, adding not just function but a touch of heritage to every window.

Wood Storm Window Adjusters

We offer Storm window adjusters which are used for propping open your traditional wood storm windows or screens to bring ventilation through your home.

Storm windows can be easily removed and replaced with screens in summer. The adjuster remains attached to the window. To lock the storm window securely, swing the arms into upward position.
